1. About Our Service

Aurum Trading provides an antique and vintage item buying service. We offer free valuations, postal packs, and a clear offer process for accepted items.

2. Postal Pack Service

Postal packs are provided free of charge. You remain the owner of all items until you accept our offer and receive payment. If you believe a parcel needs additional cover or special handling, contact us before sending it.

3. Valuations & Offers

All valuations are provided free of charge with no obligation to sell. Our offers are based on current market values and the condition of items. Offers are valid for 7 days from the date of communication.

4. Payment

Payments are made by bank transfer once you accept our offer. In most cases payment is arranged the same day during business hours. We do not charge any fees or commission.

5. Returns

If you decline our offer, all items are returned to you free of charge via insured, tracked postage. Items are returned in the same condition as received.

6. Items We Cannot Accept

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot accept firearms, hazardous materials, or stolen goods. We reserve the right to refuse any items at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the insured value of items in our possession. We take all reasonable precautions to protect your items during assessment and storage.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
