We take the security of your data seriously. Form submissions are sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We use server-side validation and anti-spam checks on website forms. We do not store card details through the website, and payments are handled separately by bank transfer.

Website Providers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and public form submissions are processed through Cloudflare Pages Functions. Form emails are sent to us using Resend. Where we use an internal submissions dashboard, enquiry details may also be stored in a secure Cloudflare D1 database so we can track progress and respond properly. We only use providers needed to run the website and provide the service.

Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for marketing. We may share the details needed to send a postal pack, return items, or complete payment where that is necessary to provide the service.

Cookies and Analytics

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this site. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled in future, it is designed to operate without setting marketing cookies.

Retention

Website form submissions may be kept in our internal enquiry system and email records for as long as needed to handle your request, manage any follow-up, and keep the business records required for the service we provide. We aim to keep only the information we actually need.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data where applicable.
